I am moving to the Tampa, Florida, area around the 15th of July 2011. I would like to meet someone who has some extra time and willing to show me around. I have been doing my research but from a distance you can only learn so much. My picture is only slightly out of date, I have retired from the military and so have started to grow my hair a bit longer and get rid of the mustache. other than that I look pretty much the same only happier now that I don't have to push troops around every day. With the act of moving from Indiana to Florida, funds are a bit tight I wish there were a way of getting around that but I will try to live with it for now. As I say, I know next to nothing about Florida other than it rains a lot and it is warm. I can deal with the rain much better than I can the snow. And having been in a desert environment I can adjust to the heat in a relatively short time.

I look for someone that is a bit taller than average. I found that I used shorter people as an armrest without thinking about it. And I like to be able to Hug someone with out breaking their nose on my chest or their neck trying to look up. I admit that although looks are not everything they still account for something. I look better now than I have in years! but I still need to work on things.
