I'm a college graduate, a former military officer, a published author (in the military and my current occupational field), I've been a mentor and Board member for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and I've traveled to over a dozen foreign countries - all of which means less and less to my ego the older and wiser I become... Equally at ease from rural camping, jeans/T-shirt & sandals to cocktail hour. Some of my best friends are not as "credentialed" as I, but I have learned more from them about life (and hence myself) than any college course or "job".

On any given day you can probably find me participating in one of the many local drum circles in the Tampa area. My primary drums are the djembe and dombek. With drumming come dancers! I enjoy watching traditional bellydancing as well as primal or fusion dancing - either skyclad or clothed.
Relationship-wise, I tend to move with deliberate thought, though not in haste.
